What does “editable QR code” mean?

The printed code points to a Linkwell short link. When you change the destination in Linkwell, everyone who scans the code lands on the new page. The printed code itself never changes, so you never reprint.

Do visitors need to download an app?

No. Any modern phone camera opens a Linkwell code straight to your link.

What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Free codes are static, so their destination can't change after you create them. Pro adds editable codes, your logo inside the code, a welcome page for your links, ministry groups and a full year of analytics.

Can we use our church's logo and colors?

Yes. On Pro and Church+ you can place your logo in the center of every code and pick a theme for your welcome page. Church+ also lets you use your own domain.

Can our ministry leaders have their own codes?

Yes. Group codes by ministry so Kids, Youth, Worship and other teams each have their own set. Pro includes 5 ministries and Church+ includes unlimited.

How does launch pricing work?

Churches that join before December 31, 2026 get Pro for $4.99 a month (normally $10) and Church+ for $40 a month (normally $50). Launch pricing is for new churches only.

How is Linkwell different from Bitly or Linktree?

Bitly is built for marketers and Linktree for creators. Linkwell is built for churches: edit your printed codes whenever plans change, group codes by ministry, give people one welcome page with every next step, and pay a price a church budget can handle.

Do we need NFC tags or other hardware?

No. Every phone camera already scans QR codes, so there is nothing to buy, ship, or stick on chairs. Print your code on bulletins, slides, seat backs, or signs and you're ready.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade from inside Linkwell whenever you need more, and manage or cancel your subscription from your billing settings.
